Account & Data Deletion

Before You Delete
Deleting your Dunk AI account removes app access and begins deletion of personal data linked to your account. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first through the platform where you purchased:
- Website: Lemon Squeezy billing portal (Manage Subscription in Profile Settings).
- Android: Google Play subscription settings.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel billing or refund past charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How to Delete In the App
Open Profile Settings, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. This flow is available on web and in the Android app.
How to Delete by Email
Email support@dunk-ai.com "Delete My Account". Send the message from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Data We Delete
- Account profile data (name, email, athlete profile fields).
- Uploaded jump videos and associated analysis records, subject to processing windows.
- App usage history and preferences linked directly to your account.
- Referral and in-app progress data tied to your user ID.
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, payment, security, or dispute resolution purposes, including:
- Billing and transaction records from Lemon Squeezy, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
- Fraud prevention, abuse investigation, and security audit logs.
- Backups that are deleted on a rolling schedule after account deletion.
- Information we must keep to comply with law or enforce our Terms.
Retained records are minimized and not used for marketing.
Processing Time
In-app deletion begins immediately and signs you out. Email requests are typically processed within 30 days unless law requires a different timeline. Some backups or logs may persist for a limited period before automatic purge.
