At Dunk AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for paid plans.
2. Subscription Plans
Dunk AI offers monthly subscription plans (Pro Jumper and Elite Dunker). All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase PROVIDED THAT you have generated 1 or fewer AI jump analyses. Because our core service incurs direct, non-recoverable costs from advanced AI APIs for every video processed, generating 2 or more analyses automatically voids this money-back guarantee. To qualify, the refund request must be your first refund request on the account.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial purchase date.
- Renewal charges on an active subscription (we send a reminder email before renewal).
- Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
- Accounts that have generated 2 or more AI jump analyses, regardless of the 7-day window, due to non-recoverable AI compute costs.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dunk-ai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
