Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Policy Overview

Due to the immediate, non-recoverable cloud infrastructure, GPU compute resources, and advanced AI biomechanical model processing costs incurred as soon as a video is uploaded and analyzed, all purchases (including subscriptions, tier upgrades, and performance credits) are strictly non-refundable and final.

Dunk AI provides free evaluations and diagnostic previews so users can test video capture compatibility, biomechanical landmark detection, and service quality prior to purchasing a paid plan. Once a paid tier or credit package is purchased, backend compute and AI resources are provisioned immediately.

2. Website Purchases

If you subscribe or make a purchase on the Dunk AI website, transactions are securely processed by our merchant partners (e.g., Lemon Squeezy).

Because video processing initiates immediate deterministic pose estimation, flight-time calculations, and generative AI explanation pipelines on cloud GPUs, no voluntary refunds or partial credits are granted once a payment has been processed.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes non-waivable statutory rights you may hold under mandatory applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Mobile Purchases (Google Play & Apple App Store)

If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase through our mobile applications, billing is handled directly by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store:

• Google Play: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google through Google Play refund support. Dunk AI does not have the technical or legal ability to issue, alter, or override Google Play refunds.
• Apple App Store: All in-app purchase transactions are subject to Apple's terms and refund procedures. You can request a refund directly via Apple Report a Problem. Dunk AI cannot issue refunds on behalf of Apple.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. Cancellation stops all future renewals:

• Website: Access the customer billing portal from your Profile Settings (Manage Subscription) or contact support.
• Google Play: Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and select Dunk AI to cancel.
• Apple iOS: Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, and tap Cancel Subscription.

When you cancel, your paid access continues uninterrupted until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. Canceling prevents future charges but does not grant a refund for the current or prior periods.

5. Technical Failures and Analysis Retries

If an analysis attempt fails due to a server-side processing error or technical pipeline failure on our end, the analysis quota or credit is automatically restored to your account so you can re-run your video analysis without penalty.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your credit card issuer or bank without contacting us first, your Dunk AI account may be temporarily suspended while the transaction is reviewed. We encourage reaching out to our support team first to assist with any billing inquiries or account questions.
