Dunk AI provides AI-powered biomechanical analysis of vertical jump videos. The Service includes jump height estimation, technique feedback, NBA player comparisons, and personalized training recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and training purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its AI models.
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to AI models, analysis reports, design, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of Dunk AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of videos you upload but grant Dunk AI a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Dunk AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes and should not replace advice from a qualified athletic trainer or medical professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Dunk AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
