Subscription Terms

1. Overview

Dunk AI offers Free, Pro, and Elite plans. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your active plan is stored as your account's subscription tier in our backend and controls feature access and analysis quotas.

2. Plan Limits

"Regular analyses" are Dunk Mode jump analyses. "Max Effort analyses" are Vertical Test / max-effort analyses. Free-tier limits are lifetime totals. Pro and Elite monthly limits reset each calendar month unless we notify you of a different reset schedule in the app.

3. Where You Can Subscribe

• Website: Lemon Squeezy checkout for Pro and Elite. Your Dunk AI account email may differ from your billing email; the subscription is applied to the signed-in account.
• Android app: Google Play Billing through RevenueCat. Use the same Dunk AI account you want upgraded. Restore purchases is available in Settings on Android where required by Google Play policies.

Web and Android subscriptions are separate purchases. Buying on one platform does not automatically create a subscription on the other. Manage each subscription through its original billing platform.

4. Renewal and Billing Cycle

Paid plans renew automatically each month on the billing date established at purchase until you cancel. Prices shown in the app or on the pricing page may include limited-time promotional pricing; the price charged at checkout or in Google Play is the price that applies to that purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

5. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to your billing platform:

• Website: Manage Subscription in Profile Settings opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal when available.
• Android: Manage Subscription in Profile Settings or Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues through the end of the paid period unless refunded or revoked by the platform. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Feature Access by Tier

Some features are limited by plan. Notable Elite-only capabilities include Growth Protocol and AI Coach. Other features such as NBA Match, training plans, and growth potential views may unlock at Pro or Elite as shown in the app. We may adjust feature packaging over time; material changes will be reflected in-app or in updated terms.

7. Quota Enforcement

When you reach a plan limit, new analyses may be blocked until the next reset period or until you upgrade. Failed or invalid uploads that do not produce a completed analysis generally do not consume quota, but we may count analyses that complete processing successfully even if you disagree with the results.
